At your convenience, you may print and complete order form. Upon completion, please fax your order to 717.394.8105; our fax lines remain open 24 hours a day. We will confirm receipt of your fax order within 24 hours.

order online:

Simply choose the Shop: Uniform Solutions link (the blue shirt) from the menu rack above to enter our online store. There you may browse by type and manufacturer, or search for a specific product via the search box to the right by style, number, or product name.

order in person:

For personalized service and assistance with fittings, feel free to visit us in person. Please see the Contact page for our address and directions to our store.

shipping policies

Please note that our shipping and delivery days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All shipments will be delivered by UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Orders generally ship within 3 days of placement. Ground shipping generally takes approximately 3-7 business days from the time it leaves our store until you receive your oder. During peak season, school uniforms may take up to 10 business days.

Please note that shipment remains subject to availability of merchandise.
For shipment to Hawaii, Alaska, and APO addresses please contact us directly.
returns and exchanges

policies

We make returns easy. If you're not completely satisfied with any merchandise you have received simply return it within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. If you require a variant on the product you are returning, such as another size, please be aware that it will be placed as a new order; we do not have an exchange policy at this time.

Laundered, soiled, altered or embroidered garments are not returnable except in the case of manufacturing defect. All items must be in their original condition with both label and tags intact. Unfortunately, shipping charges are not refundable.

You as the buyer are responsible for shipping costs and tracking when sending the merchandise back to Uniform Solutions. Crediting your credit card account should take no longer than 30 days from the date of return.

If you are retuning your order via mail, please first complete our return form. Include this form in the package with the items you are returning, and seal the package securely with packing tape.
